1. How does PosterLoop produce its products?

PosterLoop prides itself on its sustainable and personal approach to production. Each product is custom-made for you once you place an order. This approach helps reduce overproduction and minimize waste, which contributes to our commitment to environmental responsibility.

2. What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

Because all of our products are made to order, delivery times may be slightly longer than mass-produced products. Production time is 3-7 days. After that, your product will be shipped and delivery times will depend on the volume of carriers. Expect this to be 3-5 days. Estimated delivery times at checkout are provided by the carriers, but are usually slightly overstated. While we strive to deliver your order quickly, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or customs clearance, may affect delivery times.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery time.

Because each item is made to order and printed and/or personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault with the item. We currently offer a unique selection of products, but it is of course also possible to create personalized products for you, or print your own photos or designs (please note that the resolution must be high enough to provide the best print quality). We are constantly expanding our product range with diverse and exciting designs. Keep an eye on our website for the latest additions. If you have suggestions for certain designs that are not yet available on our website, we would be happy to hear from you and will try to fulfill your request as soon as possible.

9. What payment methods does PosterLoop accept?

PosterLoop currently accepts direct bank transfer and PayPal as payment options. The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

10. Does PosterLoop offer gift cards or gift wrapping services?

We do not currently offer gift cards or gift wrapping services. However, our products make excellent gifts for young and old.
