1.2. All of our products are made especially for you, the customer, once you place an order. This personalized approach reduces overproduction and helps us maintain our commitment to sustainable practices.

2. Ordering Process

2.1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details and purchase. The processing and production time of your item(s) is usually 3-7 business days (excluding shipping).

2.2. Please review your order carefully before confirming it, as no changes can be made after the order has been placed.

3. Delivery

3.1. Due to our on-demand production process, delivery times may be slightly longer than traditional mass-produced products.

3.2. We rely on third party delivery partners and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and a tracking code will be provided to you.

3.3. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping

4.1. PosterLoop currently offers shipping within the regions and countries listed on our website.

4.2. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PosterLoop is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or fault with the item.

5.2. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order and we will initiate the returns process.

5.3. To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to manufacturing defect, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

5.4. PosterLoop reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for a refund or replacement based on the manufacturing defect assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All designs, prints and embroidery used on our products are the intellectual property of PosterLoop and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2. You may not use or reproduce our designs, prints or embroidery for commercial purposes without the express written permission of PosterLoop.

8. Limitation of Liability
